Vorne offers a variety of barcode scanner kits for use with the XL Productivity Appliance™, ranging from our Light Industrial Wired kit to an advanced wireless industrial scanner. Please note that current XL units utilize 2D barcodes (specifically, QR codes). Each kit includes everything you need to get up and running. With the ability to generate the barcodes directly from XL, it is truly easy to assign the correct downtime reasons or trigger programs.

The majority of our barcode scanners feature visual confirmation Green Spot technology. Users maximize their productivity and the accuracy of their work, even in noisy work conditions. When the scan is complete, the operator sees the traditional red line replaced by a green dot, which is clearly seen on the scanned barcode, even in bright light.
